Pet Policy

 Please note: We consider animals a serious responsibility and a risk to each resident in the dwelling. If you do not properly control and care for an animal, you’ll be liable if it causes damage or disturbs other residents.

Our apartments are a pet-friendly community, yet dogs, cats or other pets shall not be permitted on the premises without express written permission of Management and signed lease addendum.  Requirements include:

• Two pet per apartment & weight limit under thirty (30) pounds (spayed/neutered with all shots).
• Non-acceptable canine breeds are Pit Bull, Boxer, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Dog, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Akita, Wolf-Hybrid, St. Bernard, Great Danes, Chow Chow, Mastiff, Bull Mastiff, French Mastiff, Old English Mastiff, Standard Poodles, Affenpinscher, Presa Canarios, Cane Corsos and any mix containing one of these breeds.
• Any aggressive pet, even if not listed above, is not allowed on property.
• Livestock, poisonous, or exotic pets (snakes, rodents, uncaged birds, reptiles, insects & spiders) not permitted.
• Cats: Must remain indoors always.  Spayed/neutered with clean litter box & scratch posts.
• No guest’s pets allowed on premises
• All pets, when outside, must be on a leash
• Any dog that barks excessively must undergo training, bark collar applied and/or other means administered in order to stop the excessive barking.  Otherwise, the animal will have to be relocated off the property.

Pet Fees & Charges

One Time Pet Fee:    $300 (per pet)

Monthly Pet Rent:    $15 (per pet)

PETS Related Fines:   $175 for each occurrence of animal feces left on site
